Результаты лечения и активного наблюдения при локализованном раке предстательной железы на территории Самарской области.

   В статье представлены результаты исследования безрецидивной выживаемости у пациентов локализованным раком предстательной железы в Самарской области с фокусом на сравнении эффективности радикального лечения и активного наблюдения в зависимости от группы онкологического риска прогрессии. Анализ данных показал статистически значимые различия в показателях безрецидивной выживаемости. Результаты лечения подчеркивают критическую важность стратификации пациентов по группам риска для принятия обоснованных клинических решений в выборе тактики лечения больных локализованным раком предстательной железы.
