Анализ данных показал статистически значимые различия в показателях безрецидивной выживаемости. Результаты лечения подчеркивают критическую важность стратификации пациентов по группам риска для принятия обоснованных клинических решений в выборе тактики лечения больных локализованным раком предстательной железы.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>   The article presents the results of a study of relapse-free survival in patients with localized prostate cancer in the Samara region, focusing on comparing the effectiveness of radical treatment and active surveillance, depending on the cancer progression risk group. The data analysis showed statistically significant differences in relapse-free survival rates.
