Влияние микробиома человека на развитие рака предстательной железы

Аннотация

   Растущее количество данных свидетельствует о значимой роли микробиома человека, особенно кишечного и урогенитального тракта, в развитии и прогрессировании различных онкологических заболеваний, включая рак предстательной железы. Дисбиоз микробиоты может модулировать локальное и системное воспаление, метаболизм гормонов и канцерогенез.

   Цель – обобщить современные знания о взаимосвязи между дисбиозом микробиома и риском развития рака предстательной железы.

   Обзор литературы демонстрирует, что специфические изменения в составе микробиоты кишечника и мочевыводящих путей ассоциированы с риском развития РПЖ. Ключевые механизмы включают: индукцию хронического воспаления, продукцию микробных метаболитов, влияющих на пролиферацию клеток и сигнальные пути, модуляцию иммунного ответа хозяина и потенциальное влияние на метаболизм андрогенов и эстрогенов.
