Спонтанный разрыв вен семенного канатика и яичка как редкое осложнение варикоцеле

Острая гематома мошонки, возникающая в результате спонтанного разрыва вен семенного канатика при варикоцеле, – довольно редкое осложнение, клиническая картина которого схожа с симптоматикой перекрутов яичка, его придатка и злокачественной опухолью, что затрудняет дифференциальную диагностику. Появление болевых ощущений, увеличение мошонки, иногда синюшность после повышения внутрибрюшного давления или интенсивной физической нагрузки и гематома слева должны насторожить врача, поскольку могут свидетельствовать о разрыве вен при варикоцеле. Анамнез на предмет варикоцеле, характер травмы, цветное допплеровское ультразвуковое исследование помогают провести дифференциальную диагностику и избежать ненужной орхидэктомии.
