Организация медицинской помощи для сохранения мужской фертильности у онкологических больных репродуктивного возраста. Опыт передовых стран (обзор литературы)

В настоящем обзоре проанализированы подходы, применяемые в разных странах для сохранения мужской фертильности перед началом гонадотоксичного лечения у онкологических больных. Проведен сравнительный анализ законодательств, регулирующих доступность услуг по сохранению фертильности. На основании данных литературы определены критерии наиболее эффективных мер по улучшению качества медицинской помощи пациентам, нуждающимся в сохранении фертильности в Российской Федерации.
