Микробиота урогенитального тракта и мужская фертильность (литературный обзор)

Аннотация
Мужское бесплодие является острой медико-социальной проблемой, затрагивающей от 20 до 50% пар по всему миру. Согласно официальной статистике, мужское бесплодие, вызванное инфекционной этиологией, а именно бактериями, вирусами, грибами и простейшими, составляет 15% всех случаев мужской инфертильности. Сегодня многие авторы решительно заявляют, что микробиом является этиологическим фактором многих заболеваний, а также заключает в себе колоссальный потенциал с точки зрения диагностики. Целью данного обзора стало обобщение данных о микробиоме урогенитального тракта, соотносимом с мужской инфертильностью. Исходя из результатов проанализированных работ, можно сделать вывод, что на сегодняшний день традиционные методы выявления микроорганизмов не отвечают современному запросу в силу их ограниченности. Микроорганизмы способны оказывать негативное влияние на мужские половые клетки, а также могут ассоциироваться с различными нарушениями мужской фертильности, однако на сегодняшний день нельзя определить истинный вклад микробиоты урогенитального тракта в мужскую инфертильность.
