Андрологические аспекты нарушений секреции пролактина

Аннотация

С момента открытия пролактина научно-практический интерес к нему в основном был связан с женской эндокринологией и репродуктологией. При этом физиология и патофизиология пролактина у мужчин ввиду исторически сложившейся трактовки функций данного гормона только лишь как эндокринного регулятора женской репродуктивной системы долгое время оставались недостаточно изученными. Однако в течение последних десятилетий стали накапливаться убедительные научные данные о том, что пролактин столь же важен для мужчин, как и для женщин. Показано, что у обоих полов пролактин обладает не только важными классическими (репродуктивными) эффектами, но и выполняет широкий спектр нерепродуктивных физиологических функций во многих органах и клетках. В частности, к настоящему времени описаны как репродуктивные, так и различные гормонально-метаболические, психосоматические, иммунно-воспалительные, сексуальные расстройства, обусловленные нарушениями секреции пролактина (гипо- и гиперпролактинемия).

В обзорной статье на основе доступной современной литературы рассматриваются общие вопросы эндокринологии и физиологии пролактина у мужчин, а также основные андрологические проявления нарушений его секреции со стороны мужской репродуктивной системы, мужской сексуальной функции и предстательной железы.
