Мигренозная цефалгия и тазовый конгестивный синдром. Существует ли связь?

В статье представлены результаты эндоваскулярной диагностики и лечения 76 женщин, страдающих мигренозной цефалгией, у которых в результате обследования также были выявлены признаки тазового конгестивного синдрома. Несостоятельность клапанного аппарата яичниковых вен и реверсированный кровоток по ним с формированием тазового полнокровия был выявлен в 100 % случаев. Результаты эндоваскулярной коррекции тазового венозного кровотока позволяют с высокой долей уверенности утверждать о наличии связи конгестивного синдрома с мигренозной цефалгией.
