В большинстве случаев урологи не придают клинического значения камням предстательной железы, обнаруживая их случайно в ходе ультразвукового исследования на фоне таких патологий, как гиперплазия предстательной железы, хронический простатит или везикулит. Проведение хирургического вмешательства у молодых пациентов представляет собой сложную задачу, последствия которой могут иметь негативное влияние на репродуктивную функцию мужчин. В медицинской литературе описаны лишь единичные случаи проведения операций по поводу камней предстательной железы. В данной статье представлен клинический случай хирургического лечения пациента, у которого были выявлены множественные крупные конкременты предстательной железы.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Currently, prostate calculi are a common disease that is often encountered by urologists in their daily practice. In most cases, urologists do not attach clinical importance to prostate stones, detecting them accidentally during ultrasound examination against the background of pathologies such as prostatic hyperplasia, chronic prostatitis or vesiculitis. Performing surgical intervention in young patients is a complex task, the consequences of which can have a negative impact on the reproductive function of men. In the medical literature, only isolated cases of operations for prostate stones are described.
