В настоящее время онкоурологи обладают большим арсеналом методов лечения РПЖ, тем не менее часто возникают проблемы при обследовании пациента и определения стадии заболевания. Выбор тактики лечения основан на стратификации пациентов в группы низкого, промежуточного и высокого риска на основании результатов пальцевого исследования предстательной железы, уровня простатспецифического антигена, суммы Глисона, результатов сцинтиграфии, МРТ простаты. В данном обзоре представлены современные методы диагностики РПЖ и рекомендации по стратификации пациентов в группы риска прогрессии.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>In the structure of malignant neoplasm morbidity in men worldwide in 2020, prostate cancer (PCa) ranked second, second only to neoplasms ofthe trachea, bronchi and lung.Currently, oncourologists have a large arsenal of methods forthe treatment of prostate cancer, however,there are often problems in examining the patient and determining the stage ofthe disease. The choice oftreatmenttactics is based on stratification of patients into low-, intermediate-, and high-risk groups based on the results of prostate palpation, prostate-specific antigen level, Gleason sum, scintigraphy results, and prostate MRI.
