Гемоспермия – относительно редкое состояние, составляющее менее1 % урологических симптомов. Встречается у мужчин различных возрастов, от 15 до 85 лет. Этиология этого патологического состояния весьма разнообразна и недостаточно изучена. Причины могут быть транзиторного характера, и гемоспермия возникает однократно, в других случах гемоспермия носит рефрактерный характер, и пациент нуждается в углубленном обследовании, сложном лечении. В данной работе изучены этиологические причины, частота онкоурологических заболеваний в этиологии гемоспермии, диагностические критерии, лечебные мероприятия у пациентов с этим симптомом.

Hemospermia is relatively rare condition, consists of less than 1 % urological symptoms. Etiology of this pathological disorder is very varient and is not enough investigated. Reasons of hemospermia may be transitional sources and its appears once, in other cases it has refractory course and patient needs profound investigation, complex treatment. Etiology, frequency oncourological pathology, diagnostic and treatment of hemospermia are investigated in this article.
