Отдельно освещены наиболее изученные механизмы окислительного стресса в патогенезе инфекционно-воспалительного процесса, связанного с хроническим бактериальным простатитом, которые способствуют возникновению и персистенции оксидативных нарушений в предстательной железе и нарушают полноценное восстановление ее анатомо-функционального состояния после перенесенного воспаления с потенциально негативным влиянием на результаты стандартной фармакотерапии хронического бактериального простатита.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The review article, based on the results of modern clinical and experimental studies, discusses general issues of the pathophysiology of oxidative stress as a universal pathogenetic factor of human diseases and particular pathophysiological aspects of oxidative stress on the example of chronic bacterial prostatitis.
