Во многих экспериментальных исследованиях продемонстрировано отрицательное влияние некоторых антибиотиков на сперматогенез, которое зависит от дозы. В отличие от лекарственных препаратов других групп, цитотоксическое действие которых на ткань яичка может быть прямым или опосредованным (через изменение уровня гормонов гипоталамо-гипофизарногонадной оси), при использовании некоторых антибиотиков чаще всего на фоне воспалительного процесса развивается окислительный стресс в тканях яичек, что приводит к дистрофическим изменениям и ухудшению сперматогенеза.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>This review analyzes studies on the negative effects of antibiotics on reproductive organs and their function. Many experimental studies record the negative effect of certain antibiotics, depending on the dose applied, on spermatogenesis. Unlike drugs of other groups, in which a direct cytotoxic effect on the testicular tissue occurs through a change in the level of hormones of the hypothalamic-pituitary-gonadal axis or through a direct effect on the testicle itself, when using some antibiotics, most often against the background of the inflammatory process, oxidative stress occurs in the testicular tissues, which leads to dystrophic lesions and violations of spermatogenesis indicators.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>антибиотики</kwd><kwd>окислительный стресс</kwd><kwd>экспериментальное исследование</kwd><kwd>параметры спермограммы</kwd><kwd>сперматогенез</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>antibiotics</kwd><kwd>oxidative stress</kwd><kwd>experimental study</kwd><kwd>sperm parameters</kwd><kwd>spermatogenesis</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Андрология.
