Крипторхизм – полиэтиологическое заболевание, проявляющееся неопущением одного или двух яичек. В Медицинском центре охраны мужского здоровья (г. Ставрополь) разработан и успешно применяется алгоритм активного выявления, лечения и наблюдения больных крипторхизмом. Это ведет к обнаружению различных форм крипторхизма на ранних стадиях. Применение прецизионной хирургической техники позволяет избежать рецидивов заболевания, осложнений в виде атрофии. Активное послеоперационное наблюдение и гормональная реабилитация максимально снижают риски развития мужского бесплодия.

Cryptorchism is a polyetiological disease that may affect one or two undescended testicles. In the Medical Center of Male Health in Stavropol an algorithm of active detection, treatment and monitoring of patients with cryptorchism has been developed and successfully applied. This leads to the identification of different forms of cryptorchism in the early stages. Using precise surgical techniques allows to avoid complications such as testicular atrophy and disease recurrence. Furthermore, active postoperative surveillance and hormone rehabilitation minimizes the risk of male infertility.
