В статье рассмотрены клинико-психопатологические особенности оргазмических дисфункций у мужчин при сохранении феномена эякуляции: представлены результаты анализа данных научной литературы по этой проблеме, описаны современные принципы диагностики таких состояний в рамках различных психических расстройств, клинические варианты их течения, принципы и тактика лечебно-реабилитационных мероприятий с учетом структуры психической и сексуальной патологии.

The article discusses the clinical and psychopathological features of orgasmic dysfunctions in men while maintaining the ejaculation phenomenon. It presents an analysis of literature data on this issue. The modern principles of diagnosing such states within the framework of various mental disorders, clinical variants of their course, principles and tactics of treatment and rehabilitation measures, taking into account the structure of mental and sexual pathology, are described.
