Представленный клинический случай – наглядный пример грозного осложнения фаллопротезирования. Гнойно-воспалительный процесс, развившийся в малом тазу с образованием гнойного свища, как следствие неверной эксплуатации имплантированного трехкомпонентного протеза. Причиной осложнения в позднем послеоперационном периоде послужил компонент протеза, а именно резервуар. При возникновении таких осложнений необходимо использовать весь арсенал современных методов лучевой диагностики.

The case presented is a demonstrative example of dangerous complication after penile prothesis implantation. Pelvic abscess with purulent fistula was a result of incorrect three-piece implant usage. Infectious complication was caused by the reservoir of the implant. In the event of such complications is necessary to use the full range of modern methods of radiation diagnosis.
