Цель исследования – сравнительный анализ эффективности энуклеации, энуклеорезекции и резекции при интрасинусных новообразованиях почки.

Материалы и методы

Материалы и методы. Проведено лечение 55 пациентов в возрасте 28–74 лет с интрасинусными новообразованиями почек стадии Т1–Т3 с целью сравнительного анализа эффективности различных операций: у 28 пациентов выполнены органосохраняющие операции (энуклеация и энуклеорезекция), у 27 – резекция. Обе группы были статистически сопоставимы по полу, возрасту, локализации, объему опухоли. Наиболее частым гистологическим вариантом опухоли при любом виде операции был светлоклеточный рак (73 %).

Результаты и заключение

Результаты и заключение. Установлено, что органосохраняющие операции, в отличие от резекции, сопряжены с достоверно меньшим временем тепловой ишемии и позволяют выполнить операцию в условиях «нулевой» ишемии. Это сопровождалось улучшением результатов лечения, значимым уменьшением частоты интраоперационных и послеоперационных осложнений.

The study objective is to perform comparative analysis of the effectiveness of enucleation, enucleoresection, and resection in renal sinus tumors.

Materials and methods

Materials and methods. Examination and treatment of 55 patients aged 28–74 years with intrasinous neoplasms of the kidneys of T1–T3 stage was carried out to perform a comparative analysis of the various operations effectiveness: 28 patients underwent organ-preserving operations (enucleation and enucleoresection), 27 – resection. Both groups were statistically comparable by sex, age, location, tumor volume. The most frequent histological variant of the tumor for any type of operation was clear-cell carcinoma (73 %).

Results and conclusion. It is established that organ-preserving operations, unlike resection, involve a significantly shorter time of thermal ischemia, allowing the operation to be performed under conditions of zero-ischemia. This was accompanied by an improvement in treatment outcomes, a significant regression in the number of intraoperative and postoperative complications.
