Одним из методов хирургического лечения болезни Пейрони являются удлиняющие операции. Суть вмешательства заключается в рассечении (разрезе) бляшки белочной оболочки с последующим замещением дефекта. Авторы в качестве графта применили аутологичную ткань – слизистую оболочку щеки. Слизистая оболочка щеки в настоящий момент, как показывает наш собственный опыт, является наиболее соответствующей формулировке «идеальный графт». Авторы располагают опытом лечения 28 пациентов по данной методике. Пациенты и их партнерши оценили отдаленные результаты как удовлетворительные; у всех удалось достичь выпрямления полового члена без укорочения его длины.

One method of surgical treatment of Peyronie’s disease are lengthening surgery. The operation is the incision plaque stunica albuginea and the subsequent replacement of the defect. For replacement of defect using different materials. The authors used as graft autologous tissue – the buccal mucosa. The buccal graft mucosa at the moment shows how personal experience is the most suitable for the formulation of an “ideal graft”. The authors have experience in treating 28 patients of this procedure. Analysis of long-term observation results showed satisfactory results patients and their female partners; all patients achieved penis straightening, without shortening its lengt.
